Collection: Artisan Ravioli Flavours

Our Artisan Ravioli is made using only the best quality ingredients, our Pasta sheets are made with free range eggs, durum semolina and extruded with a Broze die, to give the ravioli a rough surface so the sauce sticks to it perfectly.

We use Byron Bay Ricotta cheese, for the fillings along with other local seasonal produce.

This product is supplied Frozen and is best cooked from Frozen. 

Cooking method.

Drop Gently into boiling salted water for 5mins, then serve with Palumbo Italian Pasta sauce.
